The opening track to the forthcoming and highly anticipated ‘23’ mixtape, “Khabib” is a true statement of intent from West London hailing Central Cee, who speaks on the power of maintaining focus and ignoring the haters.
Named after the UFC fighter, Khabib Nurmagomedov, “Khabib” is a powerful track both sonically and lyrically. Cench speaks of his past, present and future, citing success as the best revenge and putting his trust in God. Produced by 3lackondabeat, “Khabib” speaks volumes of talent, and is a further glimpse into Central Cee’s previously untold story.
The single arrives alongside an incredible visual, shot in Snowdonia, Wales. Directed by long-term collaborator Kunography, the accompanying video further cements Central Cee as being in a lane of his own; an evocative and powerful declaration of creativity as he performs in front of the breath-taking Welsh mountains.
