CHARLIE COLLINS today announces an intimate one off show at Sydney’s Paddington Uniting Church on Friday May 9th. Tickets are available from here
The upcoming show will mark the launch of Charlie’s new single ‘Transactional Deal’ and will see the Sydney local and her band perform a setlist of unreleased songs from her third studio album out later this year via Island Records/Universal Music.
Recorded with legendary Neil Finn and Steve Schram at Roundhead Studios in Auckland and mixed by Tom Iansek (Big Scary/#1 Dads), ‘Transactional Deal’ is Collins first new music since her acclaimed second album Undone (2022).
Charlie Collins’ naked honesty has always been at the root of her success as an artist, since she first broke out with Snowpine in 2019, “I’m not one to shy away from confrontation when it comes to stuff like this,” she says “I want to encourage women in particular to be bold and talk about the uncomfortable, we can also be real and raw with this and say it how it is.”
‘Transactional Deal’ is a long awaited taste of new music from Charlie Collins. For longtime fans, she hopes they’ll treat her forthcoming new music as a companion piece to her debut solo album Snowpine (2019) and for those just discovering Australia’s worst-kept, musically gifted secret, you’re in for a treat: Charlie Collins at her purest.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
