Responding to huge demand, City and Colour has added a Brisbane headline show to his April 2020 Australian tour, which was announced earlier in the week.
The adored Canadian singer-songwriter, Dallas Green, performs this evening at Brisbane Festival’s Closing Night, marking the 30th Anniversary of Brisbane’s Riverstage. In April 2020, he returns to Australia for the 18th time, taking in Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Wednesday 15 April, Fremantle’s Arts Centre on Friday 17 April, Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Sunday 19 April, Melbourne’s Forum on Friday 24 April, and Hobart’s Odeon Theatre on Tuesday 28 April, and now, Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane on Wednesday 22 April. Tickets to all shows go on sale on Friday 4 October.

Dallas Green continues a love affair with Australia that boasts multiple sold-out City and Colour tours, premiere sets at Splendour in the Grass and Bluesfest, and sold-out performance at the prestigious Sydney Opera House. Green’s intimate songwriting and crystalline live vocal have made him much adored – in his solo efforts, as a co-founder of platinum hardcore luminaries Alexisonfire, and as one half of folk duo You+Me alongside Alecia Moore (P!nk).
Releasing his first new music in four years, City and Colour revealed visceral single ‘Strangers’ and follow-up ‘Astronaut’ this June. Anticipated sixth studio album ‘A PILL FOR LONELINESS’ is his brightest work yet – a vulnerable palette of dreamy textures, out next Friday October 4.

April 2020 will see fans welcome City and Colour back with open arms, as he enthralls with brand new songs and crowd favourites. Demand for this tour is huge, so do not miss you chance at this otherworldly live experience.
City and Colour have partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 from every ticket will go to organisations bringing dignity, equity, and access to communities who need it. www.plus1.org

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
