One of Australia’s most celebrated duos, Cosmo’s Midnight have just announced their upcoming national tour taking place in July. This news comes following the announcement of their new album ‘Stop Thinking Start Feeling’, which will be released in May.
Presented by Untitled Group and triple j, the pair will be bringing their playful, immersive and genre defying sounds to theatres in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Hobart.
Their forthcoming album ‘Stop Thinking Start Feeling’ has already captivated fans, including collaborations with notable artists such as Tkay Maidza, Franc Moody, and Forest Claudette. Drawing inspiration from pioneers like Evelyn ‘Champangne’ King, Chaka Khan, Rufus and Fleetwood Mac, the album promises to transport listeners into a feeling of catharsis and pure happiness. A feeling the brothers have attempted to emulate through their discovery of genre trailblazers and innovators such as Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, and Underworld.
Their first album ‘What Comes Next’ made its debut in 2018 followed by their critically acclaimed album ‘Yesteryear’, nominated for an Aria award in 2020. Continuing on from their successes the duo jumped straight back into the studio creating a sonic mood board that took shape and fed the sound of their new album ‘Stop Thinking Start Feeling’.

Of the album, Cosmo says… “We try to create a world that you can get in, insert yourself into; whether it be escapism or fantasising about being somewhere you’d rather be. It’s a way to transport you”
The tour will commence on July 5th in Sydney at Liberty Hall, followed by performances at prestigious venues such as Princess Theatre in Brisbane, Northcote Theatre in Melbourne, Astor Theatre in Perth, and Uni Bar in Hobart, concluding on July 20th.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
