Japan’s Paledusk have spent their entire careers defining themselves as one of the most creative metalcore acts in the scene, and with today’s announcement of their new single and the accompanying music video, it’s safe to say that spot is now solidified. Paledusk’s new single Black Ice is available now via Greyscale Records HERE

Vocalist Kaito expresses that lyrically this song focuses on one of the most important things we can all do in life right now, separating things that are only temporary, and things that will truly last forever. “This song is about finding important things without giving up even when we do not not what the answer is especially in these chaotic times. If we could believe our future together without losing sight of what important, that would be pleasing.”

The band refuse to sit on their laurels, and even with all the chaos in the world today, their sights are fixed solely on the road ahead. “In this year of 2021, we were not able to see you guys outside of Japan, but we are ready always. We are looking forward to the day we’ll meet you all from the bottom of our hearts, so stay safe! We love you!”

2022 will be the year Paledusk sees the world, and the world sees Paledusk.
