Faux wave band The Stress of Leisure return on their sub-tropical deathwatch with LP ‘It Goes Away With The Heat’. The Brisbane quartet are set to reacquaint themselves with the rest of Australia for the first time in 6 years, having only recently played with Kid Congo and the Pink Monkey Birds and friends Regurgitator. Somewhat post-punk, somewhat fruity, somewhat always adjacent to everyday hostility in the lyrics, the band continues to rage in the age of Trumpism.
