Teaming up for 2018 release ‘Disc Jockey’, David Penn and KPD reunite for an uplifting house track titled ‘Ain’t Got No’, out now via Club Sweat. As massive fans of acclaimed musician Nina Simone, house producers David Penn and KPD have re-worked her 1968 single, together turning this soulful masterpiece into a dance-floor ready groove.
David Penn shares the inspiration for re-imagining the classic, “All our lives me and KPD have been big fans of the legendary Nina Simone, so it is a great honour to be able to turn one of her classic songs into hopefully a dance floor anthem for today’s audience”.
