This time last year, DICE released their debut EP. The band was 15 months old, had 1 Million streams and hadn’t played a show outside of WA.
Now, one year later they release their sophomore EP ‘Time Will Tell’, sit at over 19 Millionstreams (1.53 million streams in the last 28 days alone) and are about to embark on their third Australian tour with shows selling-out nearly 3 months in advance.
With a #133 in the triple j Hottest 200 for previous single ‘Double Espresso’, widespread community radio support and even a #1 most played song on triple j in February, they celebrate their break-out, career-defining year and firmly stake their position as Australia’s premier indie-rock outfits.
“‘Time will Tell’ is definitely a stepping stone in our maturity and musical development. The EP is a cohesive playlist portraying various situations where ‘Time Will Tell’.” DICE
‘Time Will Tell’ is a 5-track collection of songs that traverses relatable worries, joys, and uncertainty, exploring the often disorienting process of finding your feet as a young adult. Featuring previous hit singles ‘Eyes Ahead’ and ‘Stockholm’, the EP includes unreleased tracks ‘Silky Blends & Lemonade’, ‘Pieces’ and ‘Tough Love’, showcasing the sonic diversity of a band that has hit their stride.
‘Time Will Tell’ is a pure distillation of everything DICE has become known for – warm toned vocals, stadium ready choruses and electrifying instrumentation that can brighten any day.
“Time Will Tell was constructed over a period of 6 months, over countless jams from the couches on tour late at night to bouncing ideas off each other at sound checks before shows. We wanted to show a more sonically adventurous side of DICE, reflecting on experiences over the past 12 months where uncertainty was a key feeling for all of us, however having each other’s backs through thick and thin was at the forefront of our minds. These feelings translated into the majority of our writing, with lyrics being deeper from the get-go and the instrumentation complimenting the feelings portrayed through the lyrics.” DICE
Since their inception in 2021, DICE have delivered consistent top tier indie rock tunes that encapsulate the carefree joy of a summer’s day. They are signed to Tone City Records (DICE, Nectar, Siobhan Cotchin, Supathick), where their long and trusted history of collaboration with Sam Ford was made official. Like previous releases, ‘Time Will Tell’ was mixed and mastered at Tone City Studios by Sam Ford (POND, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Birds Of Tokyo, Abbe May).
DICE will be crossing the nullarbor for the third time in twelve months bringing their electrifying live-show, to stages across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS and WA through May-June in support of the EP. Within a couple of weeks of announcing their tour in February they were inundated with support and had to quickly upgrade venues and add additional shows to accommodate the demand.
“We’re super keen to be getting back on the road again to celebrate the release of our sophomore EP ‘Time Will Tell’. It’s always extra special playing to the East Coast crowds and we’ve got a whole new show mixing in a few oldies with the new tracks to create a whole new DICE experience like never before” DICE

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
