Also down under to perform as the headliner at Lasso Country Music Festival in Eagleby, QLD on Saturday 11 July, Milligan will first perform debut headline dates at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel on Wednesday 8 July and Liberty Hall, Sydney on Thursday 9 July.
Frontier Members can access the presale from 10am local time on Monday 19 January, before tickets go on sale on Tuesday 20 January from 11am local time.
A student of classic Country music with the swagger of early Rock ‘n’ Roll, Drake Milligan is an electrifying entertainer who cites George Strait and Elvis Presley – the King of Country and the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll – as musical heroes, and his unique twist of traditional Country has been embraced by fans, peers, and major media including Billboard, PEOPLE, American Songwriter, USA Today, Access Hollywood, and more.
“With a voice seasoned way beyond his 25 years, Drake Milligan is easily one of country music’s best modern traditionalists.” – Country Swag
Last in Australia for CMC Rocks QLD in 2024, where he impressed crowds with his smooth baritone vocals and a sound that bridges modern and traditional country, Milligan returns in 2026 with his brand-new album Tumbleweed. The follow-up to his 2022 debut Dallas/Fort Worth – which reached No. 5 on Billboard’s Emerging Artists Chart -Tumbleweed marks a confident sophomore release that has already won over fans and critics alike.
Milligan first burst onto the national music stage with Dallas/Fort Worth, which topped both the iTunes Country and All-Genre charts and was later named one of Billboard’s Best Country Albums of 2022. The Texas native has since appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show, performed at the Grand Ole Opry, Stagecoach, and CMA Music Festival, and made history as the first artist to perform on an F1 racetrack during the inaugural F1 Grid Gigs in Austin, TX.

Following his breakout debut, Milligan earned a No. 1 Canadian Country Radio hit with “Honky Tonkin’ About” alongside The Reklaws and carried that momentum into 2024, releasing critically acclaimed EP Jukebox Songs, with lead track “I Got A Problem” reaching #1 on Australian Country Radio. He also returned to primetime television on America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League before joining Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, Luke Bryan, and Blake Shelton on tour.
Joining Milligan in both Melbourne and Sydney is Queensland local, Mack Geiger. Hailing from Mount Larcom, Central Queensland, Mack’s upbringing on cattle stations and love for 90s country have shaped his distinctive, raw sound. Mack’s breakout 2024 led to his impressive debut single “About Time” which reached #35 on the CountryTown Australia Chart. His latest single “String By” continues his trajectory as one of Australia’s promising country music talents, with the track reaching #3 on Spotify’s Viral 50 USA and #32 on the Global Country Shazam charts.
Performing at some of Australia’s biggest country music events including Gympie Music Muster, Countryfest, Lasso Country Music Festival and Meatstock Toowoomba, Mack is now due to perform a highly anticipated slot at CMC Rocks QLD 2026. With more new music on the way, Mack Geiger is fast cementing his place as one of Australia’s most exciting and enduring voices in modern country music.

AMNPLIFY – DB

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
