It’s been a pretty big year for FARMER & THE OWL in 2018. With a first Top Ten album, Hottest 100 entry, Triple J Feature Album and J Award Nomination with HOCKEY DAD’s ‘Blend Inn’ album. Throughout this huge year of first’s, ZACH & BILLY sold out two national tours as well as smashing it across packed shows in Europe and North America; along with playing to some of their biggest crowd to date with huge performances at Splendour In The Grass and Yours & Owls Festival.

TROPICAL STRENGTH released their killer debut album; and both THE PINHEADS and TOTALLY UNICORN dropped their first singles from upcoming albums to be released next year.
On Record Store Day, the label were lucky enough to re-issue the debut album on vinyl for the first time from local legends TUMBLEWEED as well as their classic single ‘Daddy Longlegs’ as a 7″.

As well as all of this, the labels’ SULTANS OF SPIN got to DJ at Splendour In The Grass; and the label has also announced the FARMER & THE OWL Festival 2019; with a huge line up to be really proud of.
FARMER & THE OWL would like to thank everyone that they have worked with and that have supported them in so many ways across 2018.
