Western Sydney/Eora-raised talent ESHAAN announced himself with the striking debut single ‘Back To The Future’ and today releases the conspicuous follow-up ‘Simulation’. Following support from the likes of triple j Unearthed, Ones To Watch, SNIFFERS, Music Feeds, Tone Deaf, and more, ESHAAN undertakes yet another pensive journey in his latest release. The complexity of his songwriting soars to the forefront, as ESHAAN analyses the various possibilities life can lead you and challenges the power one has over their own destiny. Just as ‘Back To The Future’ detailed ESHAAN’s search for his own conceptually perfect world, ‘Simulation’ questions the means to getting there.
Further establishing himself in the melodic electronic-pop space, ESHAAN’s atmospheric soundscape sets the opportune canvas for his brooding and introspective lyricism. Unconventional in structure, ESHAAN draws upon the literal characteristics of a ‘Simulation’ within the track’s production by ensuring the composition is ever-changing and constantly evolving. Contemporary synth glitches and ambient layering are combined with intoxicating hooks to blur the lines between despondent futurism and familiar indie-pop stylings.
ESHAAN details the premise behind ‘Simulation’, saying, “Life always provides different routes and possibilities that could lead anywhere. ‘Simulation’ illustrates those endless possibilities, and though those routes have an end, it’s often just the beginning of something new, a checkpoint more than an end. This checkpoint often resets us and leaves us to repeat a similar journey but with different elements within our own state of mind, physical state and what surrounds us. This song questions the control we have over these journeys, bringing fate and the idea of a higher spiritual power to the forefront.”
ESHAAN burst onto the scene with a compelling introduction in ‘Back To The Future’, and was immediately praised for his songwriting ability and vocal skill beyond his years. The single was applauded by triple j presenters Dave Ruby Howe who commended the ‘mix of futuristic and familiar’, and Declan Byrne who complemented ESHAAN’s ‘moody and intoxicating pop’ stylings and was eager for what’s to come from the artist. Online, the single was supported by the likes of Ones To Watch, Tone Deaf, Music Feeds, FROOTY, Amnplify, auspOp, and Aus Music Scene, whilst AAA Backstage called it ‘an awe-inspiring debut’ and SNIFFERS praised the ‘heavy atmospheric inauguration’ for its melodic pacing and ‘dark electronic feel’. It signalled the quintessential introduction to an artist who relishes combing his own personal experiences and heritage into a conceptual project that will grow and flourish over the next 12 months. Simultaneously, ESHAAN continues to shine on the live scene having excelled in his debut live performance at Sydney’s Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2022 on the Fair Day main stage earlier this year and more recently for Live Nation’s One’s To Watch Show as part of SOUND WEST.
ESHAAN’s new single ‘Simulation’ is out now on all streaming platforms.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
