Set to embark on an extensive headline UK, European and North American tour, Father John Misty has today revealed the official video for Mr. Tillman.  The single is taken from his fourth studio album God’s Favourite Customer out June 1 via Sub Pop | ADA and is available for pre-order now.

Co-directed by Jeff Desom (Health, Hauskcha) and Carlos Lopez Estrada (Clipping, Blindspotting), the latest instalment in his prolific chronicles finds Father John Misty encounter a surreal hotel check in. Watch here.

God’s Favorite Customer features the aforementioned Mr. Tillman, along with new highlights Disappointing Diamonds Are the Rarest of Them All and Just Dumb Enough to Try. Produced by Tillman and recorded with Jonathan Rado, Dave Cerminara and Trevor Spencer, God’s Favourite Customer was written largely in New York between the summer of 2016 and winter of 2017 and is the follow up to his third critically acclaimed LP, Pure Comedy.

A live phenomenon, in the past year, the enigmatic and singular artist has performed two  headline tours in Australia, in additions to sets at Splendour in the Grass, St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, Coachella and Glastonbury to name a few.  To celebrate the release of God’s Favorite Customer, Father John Misty will undertake a headline tour spanning six months across North America, the UK and Europe including sets at Primavera, All Points East, We Love Green, Best Kept Secret, Panorama and more.
