Today, French DJ and producer Folamour releases his second single of 2024, “Naarm’s Sunset” out now via All Night Long.
An ode to Australia and its vibrant festival culture, “Naarm’s Sunset” has all the makings of a summer anthem. This classic house track, infused with funk and disco elements, celebrates the love Folamour has received and the experiences he’s had on Australian shores. Capturing the unified feeling of a sweaty dance floor or a breezy sunset performance at an Aussie festival, Folamour offers a heartfelt tribute to his cherished Australian audience, solidifying his status as one of France’s most prominent electronic exports.
Folamour on the track: “I wrote this song as a love letter to all the magical moments I experienced on stage in Australia. Playing music there always felt like something else, a mix of energy, love for dancing, emotions and unity and I tried to channel it into “Naarm’s Sunset”.
“It’s also an homage to Australian festival culture. It’s always unexpected, driving hours in no man’s land, not knowing where I’m going and a minute later finding myself on a massive stage in front of thousands of people, as many smiles, a sea of flags and the sunset falling on all of us, I’ll never forget these moments.”
“Naarm’s Sunset” is the groovy follow up from Folamour’s first single of the year, “Pressure Makes Diamonds”, a poignant track exploring identity and the struggle to place oneself in the world. He will be touching down in Australia later this month, performing nationally on the Listen Out 2024 run.
Last year, Folamour released his fourth album, Manifesto – a project two years in the making. The Paris-based artist’s fourteen-track, 2023 album was his most personal project to date, and explored his own concepts and vision of the ideas of “love and freedom” as it starred vocalists, songwriters and fellow producers, including Baccus, Amadou & Mariam, Jungle By Night, Khazali, Emmanuel Jal and Tim Ayre. On release, the album secured support from key tastemakers including MTV and 10 Magazine, alongside spins from triple j and community radio alike. Closely after, Folamour brought Udo Jürgen’s 70s hit “Peace Now” into a whole new era. Crafting a blend of old-school funk and modern-day beats, the producer reinvigorated the classic tune with a signature Folamour touch.
Since his explosion onto the electronic scene with his iconic Boiler Room set, Folamour has continually demonstrated to be one of our time’s most promising artists. Alongside a relentless touring schedule at some of the world’s biggest festivals, and his own shows respectively, Folamour’s productions have brought happiness and harmony to dance floors globally.
Bask in the glow of “Naarm’s Sunset” and celebrate Australian music culture by having a boogie with Folamour today.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
