The ever-elusive and captivating force that is Föllakzoid is only a couple of weeks from finally reaching our shores.

After years of demand from fans, the Chilean three-piece will be playing some very special shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Katoomba, and a one-off performance at Hobart’s legendary Dark Mofo, to give fans the kind of experience that will be spoken about for months to come.

Föllakzoid have now also announced the incredible bands that will be supporting them on their first Australian journey.

Wed, 20 June: The Lansdowne Hotel, Sydney
w/ Grinding Eyes and The Holy Soul

This one is truly going to be a spectacle of the senses and a must-see show for all of the Sydney psych/kraut/experimental and live community with two of Sydney’s finest bands in tow.

Thu, 21 June: Roxy Room, Katoomba
w/ DEN and Jon Flood

Not to be outdone, Katoomba will be a show with the haunting, powerful post-punk of DEN as well as the restless and virtuous outsider folk musings of Jon Flood.

Fri, 22 June: DARK MOFO – Night Mass

Set to be one of the defining performances of this years spectacle, as Föllakzoid take part in Dark Mofo’s Night Mass.

Sat, 23 June: The Curtin, Melbourne
w/ Buried Feather and Ela Stiles (Harmonium set)

In Melbourne, Föllakzoid will be supported by one of the country’s classiest acts, Buried Feather, who are hot off the heels of their recent re-issued first album and European tour announcement; opening the show is the inimitable Ela Stiles, who will be performing a very special harmonium set.

After many years of anticipation, Australian audiences will finally get to experience the breathing vibrating space that Föllakzoid create, when Domingo, Diego and Camilo make their first ever foray to our shores to hypnotise audiences at very special one off shows. 

The band is constantly performing around the world, including visits to large world class festivals and venues such as, Primavera Sound, The Good Room (NY), Berghain(DE), All Tomorrow’s Parties, Levitation, Roskilde, Best Kept Secret, Lollapalooza, Guess Who!, Austin Psych Fest and more.
