Fresh Produce, the new festival produced by the people behind Groovin the Moo, offers the freshest talent in the most comfortable of settings, in eight regions around the country.We are absolutely stoked to announce that four of our eight festivals, including Townsville QLD, Toowoomba QLD, Glenorchy TAS and Bendigo VIC are now opening up to be zone-free and becoming a “Fruit Salad”!
This means that COVID restrictions have been relaxed to allow more freedom of movement around the whole festival site – no more zones! You and your mates can wander around at your leisure.
For those heading to Wayville SA, we are pumped to announce that the festival is now welcoming more South Australian music lovers and will be a Licensed/All Ages (16+ recommended) event.
Steve Halpin of Cattleyard Promotions said “We are thrilled that we’re able to open up four of our festivals and offer zone-free good times. We are working closely with the relevant health authorities in our remaining regions with the aim to also move to open sites. Fresh Produce is a new and ever-evolving event and as restrictions continue to ease across the country, we will be able to offer even more to our patrons.”

To recap, six of the most succulent home grown artists will be bringing all the good tunes and vibes to eight separate regions this Spring. G Flip, Cosmo’s Midnight and Hockey Dad will hit the stage on the Friday night and Lime Cordiale, Mallrat and Hooligan Hefs will play on the Saturday night. They’ll be joined by over 10 of the juiciest local artists from each region and surrounds across the weekend.
Loveable legends Hockey Dad, who recently joined the Friday Fresh Produce line up said “So keen to be cruising out to regional zones all around home again… they are always the best fun!”.
There will be heaps of local lovin’ still to be announced for each Fresh Produce show, including community programs and your favourite neighbourhood eats and drinks.
The Produce Pear weekend ticket option is the perfect excuse for a road trip to make a weekend of it. It’s a great opportunity to holiday at home and explore your own backyard – there is so much to see both on the way and in each of our beloved regions around Australia.

I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
