Harvest Rock will once again transform Adelaide into the nation’s cultural and culinary capital, returning to its home in Murlawirrapurka & Ityamai-Itpina / Rymill & King Rodney Parks on Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 October. With a stacked lineup of international icons and Australian favourites performing across the weekend, Harvest Rock pairs its world-class music program with an expanded feast of food and wine experiences, cementing its place as the nation’s most distinctive festival of taste and sound.

Tickets for this year’s festival have already seen record demand, making Harvest Rock 2025 the biggest edition yet, with Saturday’s tickets selling out on the very first day of on sale. With headline performances from The Strokes, The War on Drugs and Jelly Roll, two-day tickets are not far behind. Good news for fans, an additional 750 single-day Saturday tickets have just been released and are available from today, coinciding with the unveiling of this year’s Amuse-Bouche stage program.

From live music stages to The Amuse-Bouche Stage and Wildwoods precinct, every note, every flavour, and every moment collide in a celebration of sound, taste and spectacle.

The Amuse-Bouche Stage promises to be the most deliciously unpredictable corner of Harvest Rock, a sensory playground where chefs, comedians, podcasters and musicians converge in a spectacular mash-up of taste, talent and playful chaos. Hosted by Ben Harvey & Belle Jackson, two-thirds of Adelaide’s favourite radio trio Ben, Liam & Belle, the stage promises unexpected delights in food, comedy and music, keeping audiences on their toes with a back-to-back program.

Nat’s What I Reckon brings irreverent flair to the kitchen, blending comedy and cooking into a set like no other. During Harvest Sandwich, three celebrity teams go head-to-head for the title of Sandwich Master, including Sav Perera and Nat’s What I Reckon, bringing humour and culinary know-how to the competition. Festival favourites Ben & Belle host an on-stage quiz show, testing the knowledge of artists, chefs and food lovers alike with a mix of music, culinary trivia, and audience participation. Joining the quiz are Callum Hann (Masterchef), Karena Armstrong (Co-owner The Salopian Inn) and Benjamin Cooper (Chin Chin), with special guest artists to be announced soon.

Culinary innovator Dimsimlim (Vincent Yeow Lim, also of YumYum seasoning) takes centre stage to craft show-stopping dishes, like his famed Flying Lobster Noodles, blending technique, theatre and bold flavours. Acclaimed chef Benjamin Cooper of Chin Chin fame and Groove Terminator of Ministry of Sound Classical join forces for Wax vs Wok, a playful live cooking segment combining DJ prowess and Asian flavours.

Celebrity chef and Masterchef alumni Sav Perera presents a hands-on demo, offering guests a taste of her signature Sri Lankan style, while comedians Blake Pavey, Luke Kidgell and Tyler Cahill keep the laughs coming with a live recording of their hit B.L.T podcast, and Blake takes the stage for a set of stand-up comedy.

Lineup legends and local faves take the stage for a Truth or Hot Wing showdown with Duncan Welgemoed (Africola), testing their limits in a fiery culinary challenge. The Jungle Giants step behind the bar for a Margarita Masterclass alongside one of Adelaide’s top mixologists, Mark Reginato, offering a playful blend of cocktail craft and live music energy.

Joining Stock on stage, a selection of acclaimed-winemakers will treat festivalgoers to their favouritie varieties, including Amber Ochota from Ochota Barrels, Lauren Hansen from Bloomfield Wine, Peter Fraser from Yangarra Estate Vineyard, Bryn Richards from Grant Nash Wines, Michale Downer from Murdoch Hill, Nick Dugmore from STOKE, Justine Henschke from Henschke and Sarah Feehan of Parley.

There will also be a specifically curated local comedy showcase, featuring Adelaide favourites Nona Mona, Vida Slayman, Big Al, Fabien Clark, Scott John and Jay Michael, bringing laughter and live entertainment to the Amuse-Bouche Stage.

Harvest Rock is not just a feast for the palate, it is a feast for the ears. Across two days, festivalgoers will be treated to international icons and homegrown favourites alike. Saturday brings New York legends The Strokes for an exclusive Australian show, while Sunday sees American country star Jelly Roll in his first-ever Australian performance. The War on Drugs return to headline alongside Vance Joy, Lime Cordiale, M.I.A., Wolfmother and Royel Otis, while The Presets, Skream & Benga, Groove Armada (DJ set), Genesis Owusu, The Jungle Giants, Cloud Control, Folk Bitch Trio, Vacations, Bag Raiders, Teenage Joans, Divebar Youth, Sunsick Daisy, Oscar The Wild and Any Young Mechanic provide a genre-spanning soundtrack to the festival’s culinary adventures.

At the heart of the festival lies the Wildwoods precinct, curated by renowned chef, Duncan Welgemoed, he has created an indulgent village that champions South Australia’s best restaurants while celebrating the theatre of live cooking. The Firepit ignites the senses, with Africola Canteen and Smokin Grillers serving fire-kissed delights, Filipino Project delivering smoky street food, Gang Gang Social’s offering of delicious burgers, and Regent Thai bringing the vibrant flavours of Bangkok to the parklands.

Festivalgoers can indulge at Wildwoods with Anchovy Bandit and Patch Kitchen’s hearty plates, while Dirty Doris’ Diner serves towering burgers, Culture Shock brings their deli provisions, and Bar Lune slings their signature wagyu katsu sandos.. For those seeking something boujee, Maison Bonjour offers oysters on ice, classic cocktails by Hello Jupiter poured from a whimsical carousel bar hosted by Gazander Oysters, the perfect spot to recharge during a spring afternoon in the park.

“Harvest Rock is all about bringing people together”, notes Duncan Welgemoed. “Our chefs, restaurants, producers and winemakers already share a strong sense of community, and this festival gives us the opportunity to open up that hospitality to everyone. It’s a celebration of the diversity and creativity in South Australia’s food scene, with some of the most loved restaurants returning and new names joining the fold. Add incredible music to the mix and it becomes a truly unique expression of what this state does best.”

No visit to Harvest Rock is complete without a glass in hand. The Cellar Door, handpicked by Nick Stock, highlights South Australia’s finest vineyards and winemakers, offering tastings across Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley and the Barossa. Guests can enjoy pours from Ochota Barrels, Yangarra, Basket Range Wines, Murdoch Hill, Grant Nash, Sherrah, S.C.Pannell / Protero, Shaw + Smith / Other Wine Co, Henschke, Les Fruits / Parley, Bloomfield, Stoke Wines, Worlds Apart, Koerner, First Drop, Torbreck, Adelina, Champagne Taittinger and Delinquente Wine Co.

Complementing the exceptional wines are South Australia’s craft beers, festival-exclusive cocktails, and thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic options.

“The Cellar Door at Harvest Rock is where the heart of South Australia’s wine culture comes alive” adds Nick Stock. “We’ve brought together an incredible group of winemakers who are not only producing some of the most exciting and drinkable wines in the country, but who also embody the creativity and hospitality this state is known for. It’s a rare chance for festivalgoers to meet the people behind the wines, taste their craft, and share in the atmosphere that makes South Australia such a world-class food and wine destination.”

Festival-lovers and food enthusiasts from across the country are invited to experience Harvest Rock 2025, where world-class music meets exceptional culinary talent and vibrant local flavours. From exploring boutique wineries and contemporary galleries to indulging in the city’s celebrated restaurants, there’s no better way to savour the sights, sounds and tastes of South Australia this spring.

Minister for Tourism, Zoe Bettison said “Harvest Rock combines two of the best South Australian experiences on offer – unparalleled major events and the world’s best food and beverage. The culinary line-up both on the stage and on the table makes Harvest Rock a unique event that continues to draw foodies and music lovers from all over the country to Adelaide.”

“We’re already seeing a boost in hotel bookings as festivalgoers prepare their trip to South Australia – and I encourage them to explore more while they’re here by heading out to our renowned wine regions and immersing themselves in our spectacular natural landscapes.”
