Griff, who was raised by Chinese and Jamaican parents not far from Watford, England, started making music by stealing her brother’s equipment and learning how to make songs in secret from her peers. Griff possesses the kind of curiosity and imagination that knows no distinctions between producing beats, designing your own outfits, and making music videos. Griff’s starkly emotional lyrics serve as a stark reminder of how young she still is.
Griff’s learning curve has proved similarly sideways from the start; she only performed at one show in support of her DIY EP Mirror Talk before the pandemic, but her lockdown mixtape One Foot In Front of The Other rocketed her to pop stardom while she was confined to her bedroom.
.
.
With Griff earning the prestigious BRITS Rising Star, two NME Awards, and achieving 660M+ streams to date in support of original hits like ‘Black Hole’ the ground-breaking project became the first mixtape from a female artist to reach the top 5.
Griff has released smash hits ‘Mirror Talk’, ‘Paradise’, ‘Good Stuff’, ‘Forgive Myself’, ‘Say It Again’, ‘One Foot In Front Of The Other’, ‘One Night’, ‘Head On Fire’ Griff X Sigrid, ‘Walk’ and 2023’s ‘Vertigo’.
.
.
A new, three-song chapter of music, vert1go vol.1 – Single is out now via Warner Music Australia here. vert1go vol.1 is an atmospheric, cinematic and intimate set of songs from Griff: more unguarded than ever, but the mepidark of a young woman also prepared to embrace the unknown.
“damn Griff I love this one” – Taylor Swift
“Self-produced, synth-pop stunner” – CLASH
From touring with Dua Lipa, Florence + The Machine, Ed Sheeran and Coldplay, Griff is a rising pop star not to be missed live.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
