Many moons ago, while floating through space and time, Poppy Galactic and The Beat saw a pale blue dot in the darkness. They set a course for sonic discovery and found a planet called… Earth. They became enchanted with this beautiful place. And so, via phat beats and cool alien dance moves, an unlikely friendship sprouted and sparked a quest to protect magical mother Earth.
Australia’s favourite interplanetary EDM act for ankle biters, Poppy Galactic and The Beat, are bursting with excitement to announce the universal launch of their debut album ‘MADE OF STARDUST‘ today!
The brainchild of Tiffany Richmond (ex Sparkadia) and Terepai Richmond (John Butler Trio, The Whitlams, D.I.G) Poppy Galactic and The Beat have been playing live gigs for the past few years including spots at Splendour in the Grass’ kids festival Little Splendour. ‘Made of Stardust’ features many of the most popular songs from their live set.
Mixing beat heavy rhythms with spacey, electronic hooks, Poppy Galactic and The Beat see Earth from a different perspective and create super fun dance music that celebrates the magic of planet Earth.
Sending the positive vibes intergalactic, ‘Made Of Stardust’ features 8 tracks that aim to build confidence, educate about the environment and life, spark joy and just be silly.

I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
