Today, Grammy-nominated, Platinum-selling UK sensation Jorja Smith releases her stunning double A-side, featuring two tracks that blend her signature soulful sound with heartfelt storytelling. “Loving You” and “Don’t Let Me Go” are the latest entries in Jorja’s artistic journey, promising to evoke as much nostalgia as they do raw emotion.

.
Nearly ten years ago, Jorja wrote “Loving You” with British singer-songwriter and rapper Maverick Sabre and producer Ed Thomas (Stormzy, Nia Archives, Paloma Faith). The track was recently rediscovered and revived, merging the songwriter’s growth with its original magic. Written around the same time with production by New Machine and vocals from Maverick Sabre, “Don’t Let Me Go” explores resilience and connection, showcasing Jorja’s gift for expressing deep emotion. Together, the songs capture themes of attachment and self-reflection, delivering an ethereal, lasting impact.
Alongside today’s releases, Jorja has delighted fans with news of a 4-date UK tour set for 2025. This tour will take her to new stages across the country, where she’ll bring her signature sound to venues she’s never performed in before. Fans can look forward to unforgettable nights in cities like Manchester, where she’ll perform at the renowned O2 Apollo, before the tour culminates in London’s prestigious Eventim Apollo.
The double A-side builds on the storytelling and success of “High”, Jorja’s first new music since the release of her second album, falling or flying, which arrived late last year. On release, the single was spotlit across triple j, BBC Radio 1, BBC 6Music, KCRW and KEXP. falling or flying saw Jorja stepping into a new chapter; acknowledging the ever-whirring cogs of her brain but also moving through it, in turn growing and learning to love and respect herself. After its release in September 2023, the album quickly became one of the most critically acclaimed records of that year, subsequently earning Jorja a BRIT Nomination within the ‘Best R&B’ category at the 2024 ceremony.
Since its release, Jorja has toured the record across the US, UK, Europe and, most recently, Australia last month. She graced Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena, Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall and Sydney’s ICC Sydney Theatre in the heart of Darling Harbour for an unmissable performance as part of SXSW Sydney® 2024.

The album was universally praised, garnering love from Rolling Stone (UK, US), NY Times, DIY Mag, Elle (FR), Vogue (AU, FR), triple j, Harper’s Bazaar (AU) and NYLON to name a few, plus saw Jorja take over highly coveted performance spots on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Later… with Jools Holland and the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.
In the years since her acclaimed debut Lost & Found, she’s been celebrated worldwide for her raw emotion and authenticity as an artist navigating her twenties. These past few years have marked a transformative time for Jorja, allowing her to evolve as a songwriter and woman amid a shifting musical landscape.
Jorja Smith is a force – navigating life with a commanding sense of control, proving that whether the ride is smooth or rough, she’s here to thrive.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
