After locking themselves away in a Perth studio for the better part of five months (third time’s the charm, apparently), Karnivool have resurfaced with purpose. Not that they’ll spell it out for you just yet.
What we can confirm is this: 13 shows. All around the country. New material, road-tested for the first time. Old material, bent into new shapes. And something else brewing underneath it all – call it momentum, or maybe just the start of whatever’s next.
“We can’t bloody wait to get out there and share what’s been brewing in the Karnivool riff pot, and show folks what they have to look forward to,” says frontman Ian Kenny.
Kicking off at the Odeon in Hobart, the ‘Vool will hit venues in major and regional cities across Australia, on their Ad Complementum tour before finishing up in their hometown of Perth on October 17.
This run of shows will be the first chance for Australian audiences to hear what’s been cooking behind closed doors and get a taste of the next chapter of Karnivool before the rest of the world.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
