King Princess has unveiled her sophomore album HOLD ON BABY which comes alongside the new track ‘Let Us Die’, featuring a very special contribution from the late Taylor Hawkins on drums. The Quinn Wilson directed video is also out now.

Taylor’s involvement had not been made known to the public until the Friday before album release when Mark Ronson posted a clip (HERE) along with this message: “King Princess played me a demo of one of the best rock n roll songs I had heard in ages. And I said this is amazing, but you know we have to get one of the best rock n roll drummers in the world to play on it. And she agreed. So I asked my friend Taylor Hawkins. And he loved the song and said yes. Words can’t express the sadness around his tragic passing. But I’m beyond grateful to have known him for the couple years I did. Thank you to Taylor’s family for allowing us to use his magnificent performance. And thank you Taylor forever for your love, generosity of spirit and exceptional f**king badassery on the skins.”
King Princess produced HOLD ON BABY alongside Mark Ronson, Ethan Gruska, Aaron Dessner, Bryce Dessner, Dave Hamelin, Shawn Everett and Tobias Jesso Jr., with further contributions from Zach Fogarty, Amy Allen and Fousheé.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
