releases new single + video
‘THE ROAD’
.
.
New single “THE ROAD” from Australian artist Laura Frank is a return to her traditional country roots, telling the tale of Frank’s move from the city to the country to build a house from salvaged and repurposed materials in the pursuit of her dream to live a more conscious and sustainable lifestyle.
The official video captures many of the moments building the house with her partner, Nick, the raw and poignant lyrics also take you on a parallel voyage into Frank’s mental health struggles. As world leaders prepare to mitigate the impact of climate change, “THE ROAD” certainly captures the essence of eco warriors across the globe while sharing a very real and personal story along the way.
Laura and Nick will be hitting the road with a slew of tour dates to celebrate the release (listed below).

“THE ROAD” is the fifth track to be released in three years and given that two of those years were interrupted thanks to the global pandemic, Frank has rapidly revealed herself to be one force to be reckoned with. With her last two singles, “SIMPLE GIRL” and “PRETTY” both debuting at number #1 on the iTunes All Genres and Country Music Video Charts, Frank was added to high rotation on commercial network Flow FM across Australia. With a monthly Spotify listenership tripling every 30 days, a fast selling summer tour across regional Queensland, and a podcast LET’S BE FRANK, a lifestyle show shining a light on sustainable brands and sustainability crusaders like herself across the globe, the Frank Train, Laura’s digital fan army, is thundering down the tracks.
Released through The Manick Label/In Grooves/Universal Music Group on Friday 9 September 2022.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
