Edgy up and coming Australian country artist Laura Frank has released her new single SIMPLE GIRL through The Manick Label / INgrooves / Universal Music Group on Friday 13 May 2022.
The SIMPLE GIRL single has been added to high rotation on Australian Country Radio and the Official Music Video is seeing play on CMT.
Releasing three singles in three years, Frank has secured steady radio rotation with ‘Things I’d Rather Do’, #8 on the Australian Country Radio music charts, ‘Leave It All Behind’ at #5 on the ACR music charts and the 2021 ‘Pretty’ debuting at #1 on the Australian iTunes Country Music Video Chart and #5 on the All Genres chart.
When Frank muses, “It ain’t so bad, being who you are” in SIMPLE GIRL, it’s that cheeky little internal dialogue we all have with the different versions of ourselves.
Featuring Frank’s now trademark call to arms for unapologetic authenticity, Undercover Artist Festival Director, Madeleine Little, says it best with “Frank’s work is exceptionally heartfelt, empowering, real & so relatable that listening feels like catching up with a close friend.”
Anything but a simple girl, Frank chronicles her life in the country as a musician on her weekly podcast called FRANKS FOR LISTENING and Lifestyle Social Media Channel.
Dedicated to the sharing of her story by writing, recording, filming or performing, Frank has just finished a tour with Pink Vines and is now celebrating the new single with the SIMPLE GIRL tour of Regional Queensland in May / June/ July 2022. (Tour dates below)
The first of her three 2022 track drops, Frank expects to release her much anticipated album in Autumn 2023.
