Inspired by mutual respect and a love of the industry, the pair shares a common goal to improve the way musicians and festivals do business.
Pooling their skill sets gained over a combined 20 years in the industry, LOST MOTEL will offer artists and their teams direction across all facets of the tour cycle including routing, budgets, show design, crewing, production, logistics, schedules and tour administration.
“We strive to create holistic touring and festival spaces for our clients, focusing on sustainability across the key pillars of physical and mental health, environment and financial feasibility” – said Sophie.
On the festival/event front LOST MOTEL works with promoters to deliver comprehensive artist liaison and backstage experiences of the highest international standard.
“We pride ourselves on the idea that we have stood in the shoes of the people we’re now engaged by. We aim to predict the needs of those around us and build shows that we ourselves want to be a part of and are proud to deliver to our colleagues.” said Yasmin.
LOST MOTEL has the experience to appreciate the big picture, and recognise the value in every moving part, but is also nimble enough to pivot swiftly in a dynamic industry.
Both Yasmin and Sophie have enjoyed a multi-faceted career in the music industry. Spanning across tour management, artist liaison, marketing, sponsorship and visas. AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
