PRUDNS
debut album
NEXT
out now + music video of
inner transformation + upcoming secret album parties
Come right in and make yourself at home, the vibrant inner-world of multidisciplinary producer Prudns and their debut album NEXT awaits, out Friday 3 November via Gyrostream. Joining singles ‘Riddle’, ‘Goodnight’ and ‘WHYDOU’, NEXT promises a liberating art-pop experience, accompanied by a symbolic music video directed by Szilvia Kaszaniczky. The album will be celebrated in style with a series of album parties at secret locations across Meanjin, Eora, and Naarm.
NEXT’s sanctuary of stories takes the listener on a heartfelt journey, paved by Prudns’ love of hyperkinetic club beats and burning power ballad energetics. From the angst of ‘NEXT’ to the atmospheric tones of ‘WHYDOU’, the album weaves through bouncy narratives in ‘Riddle’ and ‘Goodnight’. It follows with the fierce beats of ‘Empty Words’ and ‘Like a Dream’ and the intricate incantations of ‘Looking at You’ and ‘A Number’. It closes with ‘Unfriend (Demo)’, a poignant phone recording played on their childhood piano. The songs traverse through an ever-changing palette of moods, sounds, and colours, leaving no stone unturned. “NEXT is like looking through my diary. Each song is a story about the relationships that have taught me about myself, love, pain and meaning over the last eight years” – says Prudns.
‘NEXT’ out now on Gyrostream + Bandcamp
Prudns and director Szilvia Kaszaniczky forge an eclectic artistic partnership, capturing the essence of internal transformation in their music video for NEXT. ‘Making NEXT was a completely collaborative and expressive piece born in the brain of Pru and brought to the world with the help of our amazing crew. We melded our minds and created a piece that conveyed Pru’s core artistic themes’ says Kaszaniczky. The video unfurls like a vivid tapestry, weaving together a kaleidoscope of colours and luminous effects. It begins with a tangible representation of a figure bound by ribbons, then transforms into a projection-filled wonderland, all echoing the same question: ‘What comes next?’
‘The video portrays a personal evolution from feeling trapped to a determined struggle for liberation, ultimately leading to a reconnection with authentic self. Rather than a linear narrative, it is like a mood board, vividly embodying each transformative phase’ – Prudns.
Unbound by genre, Prudns has collaborated with the likes of NineTiss, Velvet Bloom, and Mirabel. They have participated in multiple songwriting and mentorship programs, including AIR Women In Music Mentor Program, ALWAYS LIVE 321 Songwriting Sessions, and the 4000 Studios Music Residency . Their self-taught production prowess has received radio play across major local and national stations including Triple J, Triple R, PBS, 4ZZZ, JOY FM and SYN.
Come and experience the brightest hues and darkest corners of love in this next chapter of Prudns.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
