Maddy Jane has today released raw, emotive new track ‘Say You Weren’t Mine’ and revealed the name of her highly anticipated debut album – ‘Not All Bad Or Good’.
The sequel song to Maddy’s breakout track ‘Thank You and Sorry’, Maddy describes ‘Say You Weren’t Mine’ as the breakup song after the breakup song.
‘It’s about the irony of being close to someone and then they start acting like you never were and that doesn’t feel natural at all,’ says Maddy. ‘It’s the song I never thought I’d play live, because it’s so raw and personal but I realised it allows people to get out that anger towards people who have tried to bring you down.’
Maddy’s debut full-length album ‘Not All Bad Or Good’ will be released in the first half of 2020 through Lemon Tree Records / Sony Music Entertainment.
‘Say You Weren’t Mine’ is out worldwide now with official music video (above) by LP Creative.

BIO
Maddy Jane is an independent singer-songwriter from the small island town of Bruny Island, Tasmania.
Catchy and truthful, Maddy’s unique brand of indie pop/rock has resonated in Australia, with plenty of airplay on triple j for her acclaimed EP ‘Not Human At All’, sold out headline shows, and huge arena supports for the likes of Harry Styles and Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
After two years of heavy touring, Maddy has bunkered down in the studio and recorded her debut full-length album, ‘Not All Bad Or Good’. New single ‘Say You Weren’t Mine’ is out November 29, with the album coming in 2020.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
