MICHAEL FRANTI & SPEARHEAD
Michael Franti is a globally recognized musician, activist and award-winning filmmaker revered for his high-energy live shows, inspiring music, worldwide philanthropic efforts and the power of optimism. Throughout his multi-decade career, Franti has earned three Billboard No. 1’s with triumphantly hopeful hits “Sound of Sunshine,” “Say Hey (I Love You)” and “I Got You,” as well as six Top 30 Hot AC singles, 10 Top 25 AAA Singles and three Billboard Top 5 Rock Albums. Spearhead’s Follow Your Heart was released in June 2022 and debuted at No. 2 on the iTunes Pop Chart behind Harry Styles. Praised by American Songwriter as “an energizing batch of songs that spotlight the common threads that connect us,” Franti & Spearhead’s 13th studio album Big Big Love is available everywhere now, featuring 17 tracks cowritten by Franti, reflecting his tenacity, inclusiveness and optimism.
MARLON WILLIAMS
New Zealand’s Marlon Williams possesses one of the greatest voices of his generation. His effortlessly distinctive tone and heartstring-plucking vibrato have garnered widespread love around the world. Williams draws on folkand country traditions – often compared to Leonard Cohen, Roy Orbison and Elvis Presley – but what makes him so special is his unique ability to traverse genres on both his award winning records, and in his famously captivating live shows. Marlon Williams grew up in the port town of Lyttelton, in the South Island of New Zealand. After performing with his high-school band The Unfaithful Ways and as a duo with Delaney Davidson, he launched his award-winning solo career with his 2015 debut Marlon Williams, and followed it with Make Way For Love in 2018, and the 2022 record My Boy. Along the way Williams has played many of world’s major festivals, toured and performed with Bruce Springsteen, Eagles, Florence + The Machine, Courtney Barnett, Brandi Carlile and Lorde, as well as appearing on TV shows CONAN, Later with Jools Holland and NPR’s Tiny Desk. Williams has also won five New Zealand Music Awards, the coveted APRA Silver Scroll Award, and was hand picked by director Bradley Cooper to appear in Academy Award-winning film A Star Is Born, with his rising acting carer now including roles in the Netflix series Sweet Tooth, The Beautiful Lie, The Rehearsal, True History of the Kelly Gang, Lone Wolf, and Bad Behaviour.
XAVIER RUDD
One of Australian music’s all-time greats, Xavier Rudd has enjoyed a successful career spanning more than 20 years, touching lives worldwide. Beginning with 2002’s definitive album To Let, fans were immediately drawn to his unique talents as a multi-instrumentalist and his commitment to social and environmental rights. Over the years, his impressive live shows have evolved from full band and trio performances to his current internationally recognised one-man band showcase, the most intricate set-up of his career. Recently, Xavier released his EP Freedom Sessions, featuring tracks such as “Moments,” “Road Trippin’,” and “World Order”. The EP showcases new levels of complexity in his performances, mesmerising audiences as he seamlessly juggles multiple instruments, intricate live looping and immersive soundscapes. In the past three years, Xavier has also achieved many other significant milestones, including the release of his critically acclaimed tenth studio album Jan Juc Moon, which earned him an Australian APRA Award. He also received the Environmental Music Prize for his song “Stoney Creek,” donating the prize money to four grassroots environmental rights groups. Xavier has performed at major festivals both in Australia and internationally, including the Byron Bay Blues Festival, Glastonbury (UK), Pinkpop (Netherlands), and Rock Werchter (Belgium). He is currently touring North America and is set to return to Europe for the third consecutive year.
KASEY CHAMBERS
Music seems to be a part of Kasey Chambers DNA, with 12 award winning albums under her belt since the release of The Captain in 1999, Kasey’s brilliant songwriting and world-class performance have earned her a rightful position on the global country artist stage. Often described as a genre-defying singer and songwriter, she wears the honesty of country music on her sleeve, and has become one of the most popular and acclaimed artists of her generation in Australia, while winning a devoted cult following in the rest of the world. In 2018 Kasey’s exceptional career was honoured by being the youngest female ever to be inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame and the youngest inductee to the Australasian Country Music Roll of Renown. Kasey and her band will play all of her much-loved songs from ‘The Captain’ and ‘Barricades & Brickwalls’ all the way through her career to now, in a festival performance not to be missed.
BOB LOG 111
Bob Log III has been traveling the world as a one man band since 1996. Playing 130+ shows a year in over 30 countries, he leaves in his wake dance floors covered in spilled drinks and lost shoes. It has been said that people wake the next morning with faces that hurt from smiling. His unmistakable frenetic fingerpicking guitar style mixed with the dance beats that include 4 kick drums give the audience no choice but to smile and dance themselves into a frenzy . Witness the spectacle that you will tell your grandkids about at the fabulous Queenscliff Music Festival.
THE BURES BAND
On the back of the sell-out success of their mind-blowing debut LP, Birds Nest, Western Australian folk rock group The Bures Band will hit the Queenscliff stages this November. Forming in 2022, The Bures Band is made up of five friends who share a love of late ‘60s, early 1970s music: Callum Anderson (lead guitar & vocals), Stephen Bailey (guitar & vocals), Danny Miles (guitar & vocals), Noah Symmans (drums) and Tom Beech (bass).
“There have been more than a few contenders crowding for the Cosmic American crown these days, but few are hitting the sweet spot quite like this”– Raven Sings The Blues.

AMNPLIFY – DG
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
