Singer, songwriter Love, Marco continues telling his story of love and loss with the release of his brand-new single ‘where do we draw the line’ with its accompanying music video today plus the announcement of his next EP broken hearts club – due out February 17th which is available to pre save NOW.
On the track ‘where do we draw the line’ Love, Marco muses: “This track is really just about letting go and figuring out where you stand with somebody. It’s about drawing that metaphorical line in the sand to differentiate your differences from what has happened between the two of you in order to have peace with the situation.
“I wrote this track with my good friend Kevin Collett. We have known each other for 10 years & this record was the first one we wrote together after we reconnected. It was written in my home studio, we wrote it all in around 45 minutes on one Friday morning a little over a year ago. We had pretty much everything we wanted in the song after that session but there were some spicy bits missing. That’s when we brought on my other good friend and producer extraordinaire Nova Blue to add the finishing touches to the track.”
The track is being released with the official video and Love, Marco explains, “We really wanted the concept behind the video to be a little bit of a light-hearted take on drawing that metaphorical line in the sand and so we decided that we should just make the video about hanging out with the homies. It feels like a little bit of a ‘f**k you, I’m actually doing fine’, to your Ex hahaha! This music video was some of the most fun I’ve had shooting a video! Filming with the homies always makes for the best vibes when you’re on set & you can definitely feel this vibe throughout the video. We shot the video in one day & by the end of it, I can confidently say that we were absolutely wrecked. So I hope you have a laugh and enjoy this one!”

It is Love, Marco’s joyful and bold outlook on life that has shaped the tenacious, emerging artist we recognise today. Growing up, Love, Marco would skip school to create music. It’s arguably mischievous behaviour, yet it potently illustrates Love, Marco’s sole passion and focus for his craft that has poised him as a fresh new voice in Australian pop, hustling and working relentlessly to cut through the noise. Ironically, Love, Marco ended up collaborating with his music teacher Tom Eggert to create some of his first official releases including ‘Running’ and ‘When I Was A Ghost’ and ‘I Made It’.
Equally compassionate and introspective as he is spontaneous and spirited. It is this very duality that makes Love, Marco unique, yet it is his timeless voice that shines above it all.
Along with his music, Love, Marco has a love for vintage cars, working out and according to the man himself can make a mean apple crumble!
