The Right Path, a bespoke artist consultancy service by Michael Parisi launches online this week.
The renowned A&R expert, former label MD, owner of artist management company Michael Parisi Management and head of Left Hand Publishing (with Universal Records) is expanding his portfolio and offering a unique opportunity to aspiring artists to receive personalised guidance in their careers.
The Right Path will guide singers, songwriters and bands, helping them to define themselves as artists, providing valuable feedback and critique on their music, developing a solid career path and making important connections to the industry.
With an approach which he describes as ‘…tough but fair, direct but constructive and most importantly, realistic…’, Michael will empower artists to grow in confidence and move positively toward success.
The Right Path offers two ‘Pathways’, through which artists can receive guidance. The first, ‘Demo A&R/Feedback’, open to all artists, offers an invitation to submit a demo of up to three songs. Michael will listen to the demo, compile his expert A&R feedback, then hold a personal consultation via zoom or conference call where he will make specific recommendations and offer valuable industry contacts where appropriate. Artists may submit their demo as often as they wish.
The more intensive pathway, ‘The Right Path Program’, is by invitation only. This program will be delivered personally by Michael after hearing the artist’s demo (submitted firstly through the website) should he believe they are at a level where he can work with them in a genuinely productive way. Although Michael receives a lot of requests for this service, it is only available for artists he believes are sufficiently developed.
In addition, all participants in The Right Path can complete an optional 12 Lesson online course in the Business of Music created and delivered by leading music industry lawyer and educator Andrew Watt (of Ravens Nest Consulting), designed to help young artists and bands speak the language of the business side of music.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
