The track transforms the early-2000s classic by Danish pop duo Junior Senior, exploding with nostalgic hooks and slick modern production while spotlighting Mitch’s unique ability to fuse cultural pride with mainstream pop brilliance.
Produced by long-time collaborator Rob Amoruso (The Rubens, Macy Gray, Kelly Rowland, Baker Boy), ‘Move Your Feet’ layers English with the Gamilaraay language, delivering a vibrant, feel-good anthem that brings people together across cultures and generations.
Adding to the buzz, the single will also feature in the brand-new Prime Video series Top End Bub, starring Miranda Tapsell and Gwilym Lee, taking Mitch’s sound from the stage to screens nationwide and beyond.

“Music has always been about connection for me,” says Mitch. “With Move Your Feet, I wanted to create something that’s pure joy – a track that unites people across cultures and generations and just makes you want to dance.”
The release of Move Your Feet signals the beginning of an exciting new phase for Mitch, one that expands his artistry beyond music and into children’s storytelling. On September 2, he released his debut picture book ‘I Am Me’ via Allen & Unwin, a delightful celebration of identity, belonging, and cultural diversity.
In his trademark effervescent style, Mitch welcomes children of all ages to discover the richness of First Nations culture, weaving together song, dance and Language while creating space for young readers to celebrate their own identity. The book sets the stage for an upcoming full-length album of new music due in February 2026, designed as a companion piece to I Am Me. Together, the book and album celebrate themes of empowerment, self-expression, and pride, marking an ambitious new chapter in Mitch’s mission to connect communities and inspire the next generation.

The I AM ME Youth Tour continues nationwide, delivering hope, healing, and inspiration one school at a time. With its unique mix of heart, culture, and energy, the tour has become more than just a school program – it’s a movement.
To ensure every child feels seen and celebrated, Mitch will be launching Storytime with Mitch Tambo, an interactive storytelling experience. Through these special sessions, he’ll share stories that invite us all to learn, grow, and walk side by side toward a future built on inclusion, diversity, and strength. With a limited number of dates available, this series is a rare opportunity to experience Mitch as a warm and engaging storyteller.
This initiative complements the book campaign perfectly: parents and educators gain more touchpoints, children connect with stories in a meaningful way, and the message of inclusivity is amplified.

AMNPLIFY – DB

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
