For Upcoming Australian Tour

With New Found Glory scheduled to touch down in Australia next week for their upcoming 20 Years of Pop Punk Anniversary tour, the band have announced up-and-comers Stand Atlantic will join them on the road for an evening of nostalgia and infectious punk anthems.

Hailed “one of Australia’s most exciting new bands” by Rock Sound Magazine, Sydney pop-punkers Stand Atlantic have found themselves sharing stages with State Champs, With Confidence and This Wild Life off the back of a mere demo EP. Late last year, the band crafted the Sidewinder EP, which is built on raw honesty and sealed with contagious melodies and power-driven instrumentals. Set for release on September 15 via Rude Records, Sidewinder has Stand Atlantic earmarked to be the breakout band of 2017.

Back in the country for the first time since 2015, each night New Found Glory will play two select albums from their discography prior to 2010 in full. Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane will be treated to a night of Sticks and Stones (2002) and Catalyst (2004), meanwhile Sydney will see two nights with Sticks and Stones / Self-Titled (2000) at the first date, followed by Catalyst / Not Without A Fight (2009) at the second. Melbourne will be treated to their entire pre-2010 catalogue with Sticks and Stones / Coming Home on night one, Catalyst / Not Without a Fight on night two and Self-Titled / Nothing Gold Can Stay will on the final night of the tour. All three Melbourne dates and the first Sydney show has sold out. There’s low ticket warnings in place for the final Sydney and Adelaide shows. No further shows will be added.
