Singles Chartifacts:
#1: Lil Nas X ‘Old Town Road’ – American rapper Lil Nas X holds #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart for a third straight week with ‘Old Town Road’.
#2: Taylor Swift Feat. Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco ‘Me!’ (Debut) – Taylor Swift hits the Singles Chart for the first time in a year with ‘Me!’. Featuring Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco, the track is the first to be released from Swift’s seventh studio album and becomes her first Top Ten since ‘Gorgeous’ (#9 Oct. ’17). It’s Swift’s 15th Top Ten single.
#13: P!nk ‘Walk Me Home’ – With Hurts 2B Human debuting at #1 on this week’s Albums Chart, its lead single ‘Walk Me Home’ moves back up the chart to #13. The album’s Khalid-featured title track has debuted at #48 this week.
#17: Lil Dicky ‘Earth’ – After debuting at #46 last week, ‘Earth’ by American rapper Lil Dicky jumps up 29 spots to #17. The track features an all-star list of contributors including Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Halsey, Sia, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran and more. Released three days prior to Earth Day, all proceeds from the single will be donated to the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation. Lil Dicky first charted with ‘Freaky Friday’ (#4 Apr. ’18).
#19: Birds Of Tokyo ‘Good Lord’ – Five weeks into its chart run, ‘Good Lord’ by Perth band Birds Of Tokyo moves up six spots to crack the Top 20 for the first time at #19.

#1: P!nk ‘Hurts 2B Human’ (Debut) – American star P!nk scores her sixth #1 album on the ARIA Charts as she debuts in the top spot with Hurts 2B Human. It’s P!nk’s eighth studio album and includes the single ‘Walk Me Home’ (#11 Apr. ’19) and the album’s title track, which has debuted at #48 this week. P!nk previously hit #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart with I’m Not Dead (#1 Oct. ’06), Funhouse (#1 Nov. ’08), Greatest Hits…So Far!!! (#1 Nov. ’10), The Truth About Love (#1 Nov. ’12) and Beautiful Trauma (#1 Oct. ’17).
#3: Rob Thomas ‘Chip Tooth Smile’ (Debut) – Matchbox Twenty’s Rob Thomas returns with his fourth solo album, Chip Tooth Smile. The follow-up to The Great Unknown (#4 Aug. ’15) becomes Thomas’ fourth solo Top Ten entry on the Albums Chart. He topped the chart in May 2005 with debut solo album, Something To Be.
#4: King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard ‘Fishing For Fishies’ (Debut) – Melbourne’s prolific King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard release Fishing For Fishies, their 14th studio album. It’s the band’s first release of new material since Gumboot Soup (#6 Jan. ’18) and becomes their sixth Top Ten. In one week in November 2018, the band debuted with five of their early albums following their reissue.
#6: Hillsong United ‘People’ (Debut) – Worship band Hillsong United return to the chart with the live album People. Recorded in Sydney, it becomes the group’s eighth Top Ten on the ARIA Albums Chart. They last charted with Wonder (#4 Jun. ’17).
#9: Catfish And The Bottlemen ‘The Balance’ (Debut) – Catfish And The Bottlemen release their third album, The Balance. It becomes the Welsh indie rock band’s second Top Ten entry after The Ride (#6 Jun. ’16), which was their first UK #1.
