Parcels have their homeland firmly in their sights with the announcement today of a worldwide tour including an Australian leg scheduled for the summer. The tour goes on sale at 10am Friday 27 July and is in support of their hotly anticipated debut album which is expected later this year. Current single ‘Tieduprightnow’ is getting spun on radio worldwide and has amassed almost 10 millions streams, with instant grat track ‘Bemyself’ released two weeks ago and also receiving love from around the world.
The band have played a raft of international festivals this year with Rock En Seine (France), Reeperbahn and Melt (Germany), Dour (Belgium) and many more still to come. Already having surpassed 50 million streams, sold out sizeable shows worldwide (including multiple Australian headline shows), made their US TV debut on Conan and of course famously written tracks with legendary duo Daft Punk, Parcels are a band ascending. Currently putting the finishing touches on their debut album, they’ve emerged already as one of the most vibrant and vital new bands around with a truly global and musically-diverse audience.
