GETTING HERE
There will be buses running to and from Brisbane Street in the City of Launceston and from the Paddock site. Bus tickets can be purchased on the website, along with all other tickets available.
There is day parking on site for those not camping and a pickup and drop-off zone for those not attending the festival.
Introducing Mellow Meadow – a new camping experience for families and those looking for a more relaxed festival atmosphere. When you arrive at the paddock, simply let the gate staff know if you would like to be directed to Mellow Meadow. While Mellow Meadow is meant to be a peaceful area, it is still a festival, and the area’s serenity will not be strictly enforced. However, it is an excellent option for those who want to enjoy the festival in a laid-back atmosphere.

KEEP THE PADDOCK PRISTINE
Party in the Paddock will be located at a new place this year, Quercus Park (Agfest site), which is located 25 minutes from Launceston in what is called ‘The Heart of Tasmania’ – easily accessible from Devonport and Hobart. Our new home of the Paddock is a working farmland and deserves all the love and respect we can give it. Here’s what you can do to help…
#BYOBottle We are doing our bit in the fight against single-use plastic, which means plastic bottles of water will not be available for purchase at the Paddock. Please remember to bring a reusable drink bottle OR rent a drink bottle to use for the duration of the festival, thanks to Better Cup.
Reusable Cups. Better Cup will also be supplying reusable cups with a similar rental system! When you first purchase a drink, grab a reusable cup for a small deposit. Each time you head to the bar, swap it out for a clean one. At the end of the festival, you can return it and get your deposit back.
Don’t litter! There will be plenty of bins on-site at the festival. All waste needs to be sorted into organics, mixed recycling or landfill, so please make sure you take a moment to ensure your piece is going to the right place. Remember, put ya tin in the recycling bin!
Junk Truck! You will be given an orange bag for landfill and a clear bag for recycling upon arrival. Keep your campsite clean and put your rubbish in the designated bags. Every morning you can put the bags on Main St before 10 am and witness the funky Junk Truck take your junk back to the waste sorting centre!
Cans 4 Cans! If we all work together, we can keep the Paddock site lovely throughout the festival. Get together with your paddock buddies and fill a bag with empty cans and drop it off at the Recycle Centre. You will be rewarded with a fresh tinnie!
We don’t want your f#*cking tent! The Paddock is a working farm, not to mention a stunning location, so leaving your tent behind is the worst form of littering. Trashed tents and camp chairs often end up in landfill, so please bring a quality tent and take it home with you.
Clean Campsite Awards! To say thank you to those ensuring their campsite is clean and tidy, we will be scouting the camping areas between 9 am and 10 am on Monday morning. The cleanest campsites will win merch and tickets for PITP next year! You must be at your campsite with your crew to win!

PITP ETHOS & BE PARTY SMART!
PITP is a community, and we must look out for each other. It’s summer, it’s hot, it’s party time, and it’s easy to forget the basics, such as hydration, eating regularly and rest. Party Smart will be roaming the festival grounds and are here to help if you or your mate are feeling a little off. They are here to help without judgement, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to them or PITP staff if you need us!
If something doesn’t feel right, act quickly and head to a medical tent, tell security or tell a PITP crew member. Fast action can save lives, and the various staff around the festival, including Party Smart, The Link, and Promed (medical services), are there to help, not judge.
DICKHEAD FREE PITP!
Last but not least, questionable behaviour will not be tolerated and may get you kicked out of the festival. If your mate is being a dickhead, don’t encourage them, this is just as bad. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and physical assault. Any festival goers who exhibit such behaviour will be removed from the festival immediately. This includes inappropriate comments, behaviours or gestures that make anyone feel uncomfortable.
Vibestown events are SAFE & INCLUSIVE SPACES, ‘everybody love everybody’ and good VIBES only;
See you in the Paddock!

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
