Just as it sounds, we thought it was time to start highlighting some of the great work done by our Amnplify Photographers each week. Every week, photos will be submitted, a “Top 5” will be selected and voted on, and one photo will be given the title of our “Photo Of The Week”. Just a little recognition for a photographer who has a goal to shoot impeccably.
The truth is we have thousands of photos posted each month and most of our photographers should get an award for their work. Live Music Photography is a skill like no other. Whether you are squashed into a pit or roaming through the crowd for “The Shot”, the photographer usually has little time and on many occasions poor light to deal with, not to mention the usually “charged” crowd taking every “perfect” spot. In my eyes, they are experts in their field and often unseen and unheard. Over time, we want to change that a little.

Rob Rizza
Rob lives on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Rob’s photographic journey started with landscapes and the random portraits then in 2015 started in the live music scene shooting local South East Queensland bands and joining the AMNplify family in early 2016.
“Ezekiel Ox of Mammal has to be one of the more charismatic frontmen that the Australian music scene has seen in a long time, with his headwear ranging from animal horns to mirror balls, when i took this photo i knew i had created something special.”

Anne-Laure Marie
My name is Anne-Laure, born in France, I moved to Melbourne early 2017 and am loving it. I never lived in another city with so much going on and it is refreshing. I love music and live shows, which have become one of my main occupations, it is even better when I can shoot them! I am into heavy music (heavy metal, prog rock/metal, etc.) but I remain quite open generally and enjoy discovering new artists, which happens regularly thanks to Amnplify!
“Graveir was one of the band part of the black metal festival “Malign Rites” that took place in Melbourne early July. It was a very challenging shoot as the stage was generally pretty dark. Graveir’s guitarist picked my attention as he was very tall with very long dreadlocks and their movement was interesting to capture!”

Glen Morgan
Glen Morgan is a Sydney based photographer working in the field of still photography for over 30 years. Glen prides himself on his ability to give a unique & original viewpoint in every image. Glen’s greatest reward is being a witness to the reactions of the viewers of his work. Glen has a diploma in Digital Imaging and has been the recipient of numerous State and International Awards.
