Western Sydney hip hop and R’n’B artist annelise. has released a slow burn groove with the smoulderng “Rearrangement”. Shining a light on the young artists growth as a songwriter, it illuminates her growing talent as a polished artist who conveys astute self-expression.

First off, this track blends smooth R&B vibes with heartfelt storytelling. annelise. feels this song rumbles with defiance and confidence and with it she has hit all the marks she set herself as a songwriter. “Music is all about progress and authentic expression of self”. ABOUT annelise.

Born and raised in South West & Western Sydney, annelise. is a Hip-Hop/R&B songstress who embodies the essence of the late 90’s/early 00’s through her vocals & instrumentals. 

After falling in love with singing and performing at the age of 5, annelise. was able to continually showcase her love for music, even getting the chance to record with Delta Goodrem on her 10th Anniversary ‘Innocent Eyes’ album. 

After high school, she attended JMC Academy where she learned to write lyrics and got the opportunity to perform more regularly. At the present day she is performing solo – most notably at the Lansdowne for Breaking Sound’s showcase – and is working on new material and collaborating with new and upcoming artists on joint projects and features.

Inspired by the likes of Timbaland, Aaliyah, Missy Elliot, Beyonce & Michael Jackson, annelise. showcases her love for the nostalgic sounds of her childhood through a modern lens whilst continuing to pay homage to a time that shaped her into the woman she is today.
