Falls Festival Day 1 @ Marion Bay 29/12/16

It was my first ever time at Falls Festival in Marion Bay, and first time ever in Tasmania. The overcast and cool weather didn’t dampen my spirits, or those of the 15,000 other people arriving at the festival in the fog and rain.

Day 1 was a great warm up of sorts for the following 2 more days of live music and fun.

A highlight for me was witnessing Grandmaster Flash, father of the Hip Hop genre, lay down a great set of tunes which got the party started before Hot Dub Time Machine closed out the night!
