Have you always wanted to be a musician? 
Yes! We started playing our instruments at ages 5 (Connor – Guitar) and 7 (Harry – Drums), and we have never looked back. 

When did you get the song writing bug?
We wrote and recorded our first song at age 15, and we will never forget hearing it back for the first time. Hearing our own music on a speaker system definitely gave us a chronic case of music fever!

How would you describe your sound? 
Earthy, raw, bluesy, intimate, energetic, journey-like, entertaining. 

Why do you think people resonate with your music?
Our most dedicated fans are true lovers of music, just like we are. They are passionate about music in all forms, and love live music. Our releases are so diverse that we think some people resonate with particular songs and moments, and others are here for the entire journey, through countless genres and styles, all weaved together with distinct “LamBros.” sounds.

Which artist’s music and/or performance, past or present, inspires you today?
Legendary artists that inspired us as kids include Prince, AC/DC and Michael Jackson.
Modern day artists that inspire us daily are Chris Stapleton, Tom Misch, and John Butler

Is there an EP or Album on the drawing board?
YEP! “You Won’t Call” is part of a collection of songs on an unnamed project to be announced this year!

Any tours or events coming up soon?
Yes! 5-stop NSW tour kicking off Saturday 28th February in the Northern Beaches of Sydney!

What are you looking forward to, and what can the fans expect?
We’re really looking forward to playing “You Won’t Call” live – and sharing some new arrangements and songs with everyone. We’re also pumped to be playing at venues that we’ve never played at before!

If you could perform with any music artist, Alive or Dead, who would you choose? And why? 
Chris Stapleton, Anderson .Paak, Zapp and Roger, Marcus King Band, Larkin Poe – there are too many to name! All of these artists are pioneers and game changers. They are unique in style, and are all insanely brilliant musicians. We would love to jam with all of them!

What are your long-term aspirations as a music artist and how are you progressing towards them?
Long-term we aspire to tour nationally and then internationally, sharing our music with people from across the globe. We’d love to draw big crowds and festivals, and entertain audiences from all over the world. 
We set goals for ourselves each year, but most importantly we look to improve ourselves musically and career-wise year on year. We are trying to enjoy the journey, even when the going gets tough, and be happy with any movement forward, because the industry is notoriously difficult to navigate nowadays, so any milestones we reach are definitely to be celebrated and enjoyed.

With that in mind, what piece of advice would you give to an artist starting out?
Be passionate, be fearless, and don’t conform! Listen to your gut when it comes to your sound and direction, and don’t be influenced by what’s popular or what others are doing. Difference and uniqueness is strength!

What is the best thing about performing to a live audience?
The infectious energy buzzing off an audience when we play is absolutely addictive, and so soul-filling. We love it more than anything. 

What’s been the career highlight so far?
There have been so many pinch me moments for us. Playing at Bluesfest Byron Bay, supporting Larkin Poe, Selling out countless ticketed shows, and even just busking down at Manly Corso. Most of our favourite moments are on the stage with you all!
