How did you all find each other and decide to share your musical talents as a group?
Our band started with just Ryan and myself. My previous band Sounds Of Sirus had suffered a blow that would forever change me as person; our lead singer died from a heroin overdose. I had left the band 1 month prior and was at an all-time low , but Ryan who had quickly become my best friend said to me “Hey how bout you come write music with me,” and I did. We spent weeks to months to years birthing the Dweller sound that was never complete because we couldn’t find a line up , but eventually we found our members Andy , Dan and Matt.

How would you describe your sound? Why do you think people resonate with your music?
Our sound is chaotic grimy and emotionally driven, Ryan sings about real world issues with integrity and undeniable passion, if nothing else is, it’s real.

Which artist’s music and/or performance, past or present, inspires you today?
Personally Thornhill , but there are so many bands that inspire me in different ways. As a band in general, some of the bands that inspire/influence us are Norman Jean, Northlane, Everytime I Die, Underoath, Enter Shikari and While She Sleeps.

Your new EP is about to be released on the 22nd May! Describe its origin and evolution.
White Rabbit’s origin goes back a fair few years. Myself, Ryan and (Tom former member) started creating, writing and recording as many songs as we could, totally hooked on writing , recording and listening to music and constantly evolving our sound. Eventually we linked up with Beau Mckee From Delos Studios to record our debut EP.

What are the signature pieces on the album, and which is your favorite track?
Favourite song on the record would be Nadir.

Any tours or events coming up soon? What are you looking forward to, and what can the fans expect?
It’s hard to say giving the times. We’re just looking forward to getting our EP out there, it’s been a long time coming , but I’m meantime we will be in the studio and continuing to write.

If you could perform with any music artist, Alive or Dead, who would you choose? And why?
Greyhaven, honestly would love to sit down with the guitarist and pick his brain over a few beers.

Do you have any long-term aspirations as a music artist?
To be able to have the band as a full time project would be amazing.

What is the best thing about performing to a live audience?
Personally I love the raw energy that’s created between an artist and the crowd there’s nothing like it and it can never be duplicated, every show is different. I love that about live music.
