From the first note, fans were moshing and singing along, immersing themselves in Bloom’s emotional lyrics and surging rhythms. Their captivating mix of grief, love, and exile in their music connected deeply with the audience, setting the tone for a night of high emotions and relentless energy.

Spite followed, bringing a heavier, darker edge to the evening. Their brutal mix of deathcore and metalcore pushed the limits of heavy music, delivering relentless aggression that thrilled fans of the genre’s darker side. With crushing breakdowns and a commanding stage presence, Spite amped up the crowd’s intensity, creating an electrifying atmosphere that perfectly set the stage for the next act.

Bury Tomorrow took the baton and ran with it, seamlessly blending melodic choruses with heavy riffs that not only captivated but also uplifted the crowd. Their set was polished, dynamic, and full of intensity, showcasing their growth as metalcore heavyweights and proving why their latest album, The Seventh Sun, has resonated so strongly with fans. The band’s tight musicianship and engaging stage presence elevated the night’s energy even further, building anticipation for the main act.

When Make Them Suffer finally took the stage, the energy in The Forum reached a fever pitch. Opening with the explosive “Epitaph,” the band commanded the stage with a visual spectacle of flames, CO2 cannons, and synchronized graphics that added a dramatic flair to their performance. Frontman Sean Harmanis captivated the crowd with his raw emotion and technical precision, while Alex Reade’s dynamic keyboard and vocal presence injected fresh and vibrant energy into the band’s evolving sound. The combination of Alex’s haunting melodies and powerful harmonies elevated the performance, showcasing the band’s growth and adaptability.

Their performance was visually and sonically engaging, enhanced by the superb audio engineering that ensured each heavy riff, melodic hook, and thunderous breakdown hit with maximum impact. The large screen displaying synchronized visuals and occasional lyrics further immersed the audience, creating a multi-sensory experience that kept fans hooked from start to finish.

Technical difficulties were non-existent, and each band delivered flawless performances that highlighted their strengths and unique contributions to the night. Make Them Suffer’s set was particularly memorable, with standout moments including a massive wall of death and the band’s signature ability to blend melodic elements with crushing breakdowns. The encore of “Widower” provided a fitting close, leaving the audience in awe and buzzing with the collective energy of the night.
