The boys are most certainly back in town. With the dust still settling on the band’s impressive second edition of their sold out DR. NOGGIN-FLOGGIN & THE LIQUID FRIENDS FESTIVAL last month, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets are getting back to business at hand – delivering new music for their hungry fan base to get around with new single ‘KEEN FOR KICK ONS?’.

After dominating SOLD OUT live tours through Australia, the UK and Europe in 2018, sharing the stage with Royal Blood, Nothing But Thieves and Interpol, annihilating festival slots at NYE On The Hill, Yours + Owls, Groovin The Moo, Bigsound and Lost Paradise and not to mention reaping in multiple awards at last year’s WAM Awards in their home city of Perth, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets are ready to level up for 2019 and take another huge bite out of the cherry. 2018 proved to be a fruitful one for Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, in the UK; the British have been eagerly taking in Psychedelic Porn Crumpets’ sounds, with airplay on Radio X, BBC 6 Music and BBC Radio 1 (Including Annie Mac New Names Feature) all spreading their sprawling soundscapes to a huge audiences tuning in. Whilst at home securing High rotation on Triple J and multiple coveted spotify playlist additions including Local Noise, New Music Fridays AU & NZ and an impressive 6 million + streams to date.
‘Keen For Kick Ons?’ comes ahead of Psychedelic Porn Crumpets’ highly anticipated return to the UK in February, where the band will be revisiting some favourite spots throughout; starting in Bristol and culminating with one helluva party in Southampton at the end of the month ahead of their return in May for The Great Escape.
The action isn’t stopping there for Psychedelic Porn Crumpets either, with the US next on their list for March. Touring with Frankie & The Witch Fingers, fans will be able to catch the group touring North America for the first time across 14 huge shows, including a highly anticipated slew of appearances at SXSW 2019.

“It’s been a dream of ours since we started the band to head over to the States. They’ve been producing some of the world’s best acts for yonks now, so to share our noise with calibrated ears is a real treat.”Psychedelic Porn Crumpets
.
‘Keen For Kick Ons?’ encapsulates the heady, swirling heat Psychedelic Porn Crumpets energy that the band have been consistently refining over the last few years. The dynamic the band has been thriving on since the release of single ‘Social Candy’ is a strong one, with guitars and melody warping in and around each other seamlessly. “‘Keen For Kick Ons? is about those fruitful days working at a pub. I got fired for getting trollied at an open mic trying to sing Queen. It seemed like a good premise for a track, so I weaved in this narrative of a purple haired French girl who spoke in blotted English but wanted to head out after the bar closed. It’s a mix of tour life and reminiscing about my days at the Indi Bar. Good times.” Psychedelic Porn Crumpets ( Jack McEwan, Lead Singer)
With their brand new single ‘Keen For Kick Ons?’, the Perth four piece have set the pace for a brand new year ahead: it’s rollicking, it’s relentless and most of all, it’s going to be littered with some unashamedly chaotic hijinx.
Psychedelic Porn Crumpets are refusing to slow down as 2019 takes flight and for international fans, this is going to be the perfect opportunity to join them onboard.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
