360
After launching the wildly successful direct-to-fan VI campaign in June with five brand new tracks, videos for each and selling out a set of three Melbourne shows, multi-platinum, ARIA Award winning artist 360 is officially back after a three-year hiatus.
To celebrate with some of his most dedicated Sydney fans, the enigmatic Melbourne rapper is further marking his return by announcing a special, intimate show at Rolling Stone Live Lodge 2017. Performing classic mixtape material, new tracks from the VI campaign and some of his biggest records with some special guests, Uncle Sixty has curated an unmissable night for his legion of followers.

Le Butcherettes
Formed in 2011, Le Butcherettes was created by vocalist/guitarist Teri Gender Bender. The now trio quickly gained recognition among musicians, which led to Le Butcherettes opening for Dead Weather in Mexico City, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs for their three Mexican shows on their 2010 tour. The band quickly garnered underground acclaim for their outrageous live shows: they dressed in ’50s-era women’s clothing and employed props.
After a permanent relocation to Los Angeles, the band released their latest album A RAW YOUTH, which was produced by Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and features guest appearances from Iggy Pop and John Frusciante.

Shining Bird
Shining Bird is an experimental pop band from the coastal town of Austinmer, NSW Australia. Originally formed as a studio project in 2012, they released the SHADE OF THE SEA EP, followed by their debut album LEISURE COAST on Spunk Records in 2013. The album received widespread acclaim for its unique brand of layed-back Australian pop.
The band have recently completed a national album tour which took them to remote central Australia and capital cities. After playing to significantly larger audiences this time round (including a number of sold out performances) the band were been nominated for ‘Best Live Act’ at the NLMA’s (National Live Music Awards) & won both ‘Album of the Year’ + ‘Song of the Year’ at the FBi Radio SMAC Awards 2016.

Crepes
Led by the fanciful charm of singer/multi-instrumentalist Tim Karmouche, Crepes came about in Ballarat. The much-adored COLD SUMMERS EP release in 2015 saw the quintet gain supports with the likes of DIIV, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard whilst earning praise from the likes of Rolling Stone, NME, triple j and BIRP. Following a brief hiatus, 2017 sees Crepes reemerge with a newfound gusto and promise of their debut LP CHANNEL FOUR later this year. Holding true to the quintet’s signature brand of quaint and catchy guitar-pop, CHANNEL FOUR playfully titled first offering, “Sexyland”, chugs along with the zeal of a group eager to make an impression.

Birdz
Birdz has solidified his spot as one of the most exciting acts in the Australian hip-hop scene. Since releasing his BIRDS EYE VIEW EP in 2013, N.T. raised rapper has secured strong backing from triple j, triple j Unearthed and community radio around the country, lending to the Butchulla emcee’s increasing popularity and support for his debut album release.
Birdz’ consistent track record of releases has seen him share the stage with high profile acts such as Briggs, The Funkoars, Akala and the Thundamentals. TRAIN OF THOUGHT is released this month through Bad Apples Music.

Nicole Millar
Sydney’s Nicole Millar has gone from strength to strength in the last 18 months. Having first gained our attention with her soul-melting vocals on Cosmo’s Midnight track ‘Phantasm,’ Nicole has since written and performed vocals with Peking Duk on their ARIA Award winning, #1 triple platinum selling single “High”, which also reached #2 on Triple J’s Hottest 100. Nicole has also also featured on club hits for What So Not’s Emoh Instead and the Golden Features hit ‘Tell Me’, amongst others.
Nicole’s ethereal, amazing vocals have meant she’s been invited to sing on stage with Rüfüs and The Kite String Tangle, and she also performed a show stopping set at Splendour In The Grass for Red Bull Music Academy. Nicole is currently working on her debut record, where she has been collaborating with high profile international and local producers.

Evan Klar
27-year old Evan Klar is half-German, half-Australian musician and young man of many talents. Raised in Singapore, his life was initially all about professional skateboarding, but after moving to London he spent a number of years as a session player, on the road with artists like Charli XCX and Alex Metric.
After moving to Melbourne, he become more and more enamoured with making music; working on his own album and in sound design on the side for various commercials and film soundtracks.
Earlier this year, Evan Klar signed to EMI Music Australia – prior to his first ever official show which took place at BIGSOUND 2016. His debut album is set for release in 2017 and was made in the UK and produced by Ash Workman (Metronomy / Christine & The Queens).

Odette
Odette was born in England and raised in the inner western suburbs of Sydney and grew up with an eclectic musical palette. Her main vein heroes are the literary greats and she was writing prose and plays before she found her passion for song. “Watch Me Read You”, the title of her debut single alone hints at this, and her poetic, syncopated, spoken-word verses nail it home
Captivating in presence, Odette’s songs are deeply personal and see her flutter from spoken word into warm, soulful vocals, with arrangements circling soul, jazz and pop. It’s no wonder she’s caught the eye of producers and songwriters like Charlie Hugall (Florence and the Machine, Ed Sheeran, Kaiser Chiefs), Jason Cox (Blur, Gorilliaz, Jamie T), Alex Hope (Troye Sivan, Broods) and Paul Mac (The Dissociatives, Silverchair), all of whom clamoured to work with her over the past year and a half.
