The enigmatic Melbourne artist Samsaruh has shared her new single ‘Million Years’, taken from her debut EP Elysian released today. Dreamy and understated, the new track sees Samsaruh step back from the rockier side we’ve seen of late, letting her incredible vocals take centre stage. The new single is produced and co-written by nightflare who Samsaruh previously worked with on her acclaimed debut singles ‘Golden To Thrive’, ‘Beautiful Killer’ and ‘Speaking Fire’. Samsaruh is also hitting the road in support of the new music, touring in August heading to Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne with local supports announced in each city including; Romi, Siila, Stellie, Contract Love, Taylor Piggott and Royce.

The Melbourne based singer-songwriter’s debut release ‘Golden To Thrive’ was added to high rotation on triple j and triple j unearthed as well as charting in the Spotify Australia Viral Charts Top 30, winning her the coveted triple j unearthed Falls Festival spot in Lorne. Samsaruh’s follow up single ‘Beautiful Killer’ took it up a notch; earning the #1 played spot on triple j and named Samsaruh the #1 unsigned artist across the station. In 2018 her singles ‘Speaking Fire’ and ‘The Beginning’ – were both added to full rotation on triple j and triple j unearthed and further cemented Samsaruh as ‘one to watch’.
Samsaruh has also joined Peking Duk, Dean Lewis and LANKS on their respective tours, gracing the stage at This That Festival, Falls Festival, Groovin the Moo and performed her first headline east coast tour, selling out The Workers Club in Melbourne.
