After their latest full-length A Beautiful Place To Drown debuted on a whopping seven Billboard charts last month, (including #122 Top 200, #5 Rock Albums, and #3 Current Alternative), Silverstein are now revealing new visuals from the album in the form of a ‘Madness‘ music video.
The post-hardcore legends, who celebrate a massive 20 years together in 2020, teamed up with critically acclaimed rapper, Princess Nokia for the performance. The video’s technicolored aesthetics compliment the blend of pop sensibility and aggression that fuels the release – a perfect snapshot of Silverstein’s uncanny ability to evolve while remaining true to their core spirit.

Arguably one of the most consistently active, influential, and crowd-pleasing bands in their arena, Silvestein break out into daring new territory on their new album. Their boundary pushing spirit is on full display on the album’s multiple high-profile collabs – ranging from Princess Nokia and Underoath’s Aaron Gillespie, Beartooth’s Caleb Shomo, Simple Plan’s Pierre Bouvier, and more – indicative of Silverstein’s wide-reaching impact and their ability to reach listeners in all worlds of music.
A Beautiful Place To Drown also captures this appeal in its dynamic range of sounds and styles, all made cohesive by the performances of vocalist Shane Told, guitarists Paul Marc Rousseau and Josh Bradford, bassist Billy Hamilton, and drummer Paul Koehler. This album finds Silverstein pushing themselves lyrically as well, exploring the mental duress that seems to be inextricable from the personal and societal challenges of modern life, often focusing on external perspectives and even political elements without losing the band’s trademark intimacy. Overall A Beautiful Place To Drown is built to please old fans and new ones alike, and proves exactly why Silverstein remain a vital and powerful voice in alternative music and beyond.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
