Sydney based Alternative Rockers Social Strangers have released their incendiary new single called I’m The One, which premiered exclusively via The Rock Pit.
The band have also announced that they will be playing a launch show at 3 Wise Monkeys (Sydney) on Feb 9 to celebrate the release.
“I’m The One is a song about winning at all costs, showing others the mindset that you are the best and better than everyone else at whatever you do. The process of writing the lyrics was based around the thought of many high-profile sport athletes having a “hot head” mentality that they will always come out and deliver on top.”

Social Strangers employ lively guitar riffs, catchy melodies and powerful, female-fronted vocals often compared to the likes of Hayley Williams, Amy Lee and Taylor Momsen.
They have found inspiration in Tool, Rage Against The Machine and Silverchair. The band has had many notable achievements within their first year such as performing at Sydney Olympic Park during the Foo Fighters recent concert in Sydney, as well as achieving over 200k streams.
The band recently entered the studio to record their explosive new single.
New single I’m The One is now available on all major online stores and streaming services.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
