Australia’s most in-demand festival Spilt Milk is excited to announce the genre-defying, ARIA Award-winning Genesis Owusu has joined the lineup for 2025! With just a few weeks to go, three sold-out shows and very limited tickets left for Perth, Spilt Milk reveal final lineup additions, onsite activations and more.
Spilt Milk welcome Genesis Owusu to the already stacked lineup – one of Australia’s most innovative artists, blending hip-hop, funk, punk and soul into a sound that’s entirely his own. Genesis returned earlier this year with “PIRATE RADIO” which topped triple j’s Most Played for consecutive days and spurned a Pirate Radio takeover of fbi Radio’s Arvos, plus “DEATH CULT ZOMBIE”, which saw a world premiere on the Zane Lowe show. He played a string of wildly lauded live residencies in Sydney and Melbourne previewing his new music within intimate, in-the-round settings, as well as an iconic Harvest Rock festival set that saw Rolling Stone declare “he is one of Australia’s most magnetic live performers”. Also joining the bill is indie-pop artist Lotte Gallagher, making her Spilt Milk debut in Ballarat, replacing Larissa Lambert.
As the festival draws closer, Spilt Milk will drop the set times tomorrow, Tuesday 25 November, via the official Spilt Milk app, presented by American Apparel. The app will be your go-to guide with all the vital information, event day safety features, site maps, plus tips and tricks to ensure you have the best festival experience.

Alongside the music, there’s nonstop entertainment outside of the main stages with heaps of activations to get involved with. Smirnoff Guilty Pleasures with Levins returns to Spilt Milk in Ballarat and Gold Coast, whilst White Claw presents The Shore Club, an open air experience in the middle of the festival, makes its debut in Perth and Canberra. In Ballarat and Gold Coast there’ll be surprise pop-up DJs at the Red Bull Capsule and elsewhere you can elevate your style at RIMMEL London’s iconic double-decker bus with free makeovers, products and beats by their resident DJ. Plus, don’t miss the country-themed music bar, Howdy Howdy, in Canberra and remember to get your DJ requests in at Bus Da Move in Canberra and Perth. Thirsty for a drink? Red Bull, Smirnoff, White Claw, Coopers and Nescafe have got you covered.
For anyone still chasing tickets, resale for sold-out shows are available via Moshtix and Tixel. Keep an eye on the socials and website for all the essential event day info leading up the events. Gates open at 11am in all locations, so get down early and immerse yourself in the full experience Spilt Milk has to offer.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
