No doubt one of the biggest Splendour highlights from Day 1 was DMA’S incredibly special one-off live performance of Cher’s ‘Believe’. The band first covered it for Like A Version in 2016 and until now hadn’t played it live, citing Splendour as the one and only time they will.
We’re happy to confirm that Murray The Red Wiggle can shred, as seen in this video of him thrashing it out with DZ Deathrays, performing AC/DC’s ‘Highway To Hell’.
And Lorde, ever the pro, can handle a wardrobe malfunction, while giving an impassioned speech about returning to Splendour In The Grass after 5 years, when it all began.
Baker Boy had the whole tent jumping with a live rendition of ‘Mr La Di Da Di’ , proving once again why he is one of the country’s most exciting artists right now.
Keep tuning in from now till late this Sat & Sun, as we play you the best live sets, interview your fave artists and report on big festival music news, on air, online, via Instagram and Facebook.
