Rising favourite, Stevan today makes his anticipated return with second single “LNT”, out via Honeymoon Records/300 Entertainment. The invigorating track follows up his debut earlier in the year with acclaimed single “Timee”.
A charming gaze into the pushes and pulls of blissful young love, “LNT” takes a late 60s feel layering sugar-dipped vocal harmonies with guitar melodies gleaming from ear to ear in another spotlight on Stevan’s natural musicianship. Premiered on Triple J’s Good Nights, the effervescent arrangement shys away from the confines of genre, maintaining the local wunderkind’s come-to-be signature smooth vocals and lush production.
Stevan says of the single: “I wrote LNT in a terminal just before leaving Brisbane airport earlier this year. The song captures some fun moments I had in the Sunshine Coast. Great weather nice music and even better company 🍊🧡”
In “LNT”, Stevan extends an acumen that has been lauded across the industry following his official debut “Timee”, which marked our first warm, woozy introduction to the young artist’s striking maturity and powerhouse natural ability. The track quickly achieved a full addition to Triple J, playlist support from Apple Music, and landed him on the cover of Spotify’s Indie Arrivals playlist before sweeping through FBi Independent Artist and Unearthed Feature Artist of the Week titles.
