Handsome Tours and Astral People have announced the postponement of UK rap phenomenon,Stormzy’s Heavy Is The Head World Tour, in light of the Australian Federal Government restrictions in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic. The H.I.T.H World Tour will now take place from late November, where Stormzy will be performing shows in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth.

All existing tickets purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date, where fans will be able to join Stormzy on his biggest shows to date as he returns to Australian shores.

Stormzy on the rescheduling of the shows: “I was seriously looking forward to bringing the #H.I.T.H World Tour to Australia and New Zealand and playing some epic sold-out shows however, due to the evolving health and travel concerns surrounding the Coronavirus, I’m regrettably having to reschedule this leg of the tour.

The good news is we were able to reschedule the dates for this coming November and December, so I’ll be seeing you before the end of the year.

The tour will celebrate his 2019 sophomore album, Heavy Is The Head — executively produced entirely by Stormzy himself; showcasing his world-class lyricism and musicality alongside many of his celebrated and relatable subject matters. The album also features additional vocals from some of the most exciting musicians of this generation, all of whom have been hand-picked by Stormzy, including (alphabetical order) Aitch, Burna Boy, Ed Sheeran, Headie One, H.E.R., Tiana Major9 and YEBBA with production from Fred Gibson, Fraser T Smith, T-Minus and more.

Despite the Australian music industry feeling the hit of the global crisis, Handsome Tours, Astral People and triple j are delighted to have been able to reschedule the tour for fans across the nation eager to see the South London artist.
