The team have spent hundreds of hours designing a special edition of Strawberry to bring to you this summer. We believe this format gives the festival the best possible chance of proceeding, while retaining the freedom and creativity that you love us for. 

TWO WEEKENDS OF MAGIC. Strawberry will take place over two weekends (March 25-27 & April 1-3 2022), at 50% of our normal capacity each weekend. While that means a more intimate affair, the festival area will be in full swing as normal – i.e. multiple wild stages, installations, a vibrant market, workshops, the Tea Lounge, Bush Spa, Gallery and Mirage Motel.

ALL AUSTRALIAN LINE-UP. Australian artists deserve our support more than ever after the last two years. This Strawberry we are letting the amazing pool of local talent we have take centre stage. (Plus, we would rather book a lineup of artists that are here and itching to play than get your hopes up for internationals whose path into the country is not guaranteed.)

GUARANTEED REFUND IF CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19. We are giving these new dates our everything, but if the bloody Rona causes a cancellation at the 11th hour, you are guaranteed a 90% refund. That’s not a “request a refund”, it’s a guarantee. Even though the 10% will only cover a fraction of what we have to invest to get the festival ready, we believe it’s the right thing to do by you.

PLENTY OF TIME TO ORGANISE TICKET LOGISTICS. We know your head is probably exploding with questions about tickets and logistics – don’t worry. You will be able to preference a weekend, and you are guaranteed a full refund (ex. booking fee) if you don’t get the one you want. There will also be second chances to pick up tickets to your preferred weekend once we open resales closer to the event. There is also plenty of time – we won’t start the allocation process until we have shared with you the line up for each weekend.

We know this is all more complicated than what you signed up for, but the world is a more complicated place and we are doing our best. We are so grateful for your patience and support – your belief in our festival is what keeps it alive.
